Information for visitors

We want you to feel at home at our venue and to be able to experience the events in a relaxed atmosphere. To help you plan and enjoy your experience at the Rosengarten Mannheim, we have compiled some useful information for you.We hope to gradually reduce the number of hindrances and barriers. Please feel free to let us know if you have any suggestions for improvements.

By car

From the A6 or A5 at the motorway junction Mannheim or Heidelberg in the direction of Mannheim-Mitte. You will reach the Rosengarten and the Dorint Kongresshotel via the “Augustaanlage” four-lane carriageway.

Please note that the Rosengarten Mannheim is situated within the low-emission zone of the city of Mannheim, which only vehicles displaying the green disc are allowed to enter.


  • Car park: Tiefgarage Rosengarten (underground car park)
  • Entrances: Tullastraße and Stresemannstraße.
  • Accessibility: 24 hours a day
  • Height limit: 1.90 metres

There are designated parking spaces available for you to use. From the underground car park, please use the exit “Tullastraße” and take the lift from here to Floor 0 (Cloakrooms / Disabled-access toilet facilities).

Mobility Centre of Deutsche Bahn

We recommend people dependent on a wheelchair who are wishing to travel by rail to contact the Deutsche Bahn mobility centre when planning their journey.

Barrier-free access to the Rosengarten Mannheim

People with limited mobility may use the barrier-free entrance at the gatehouse. Please note: If you are coming from the Rosengarten underground car park, please contact our service staff at the entrances.

Comfortable seats / Seating areas / Advance ticket sales
Please note that we reserve special seats close to the aisles to enable ease of access. If you wish to enjoy your chosen concert without any restrictions, ask about these seats when purchasing your tickets.

Advance ticket sales

For most events at Rosengarten Mannheim you can purchase tickets from the ticket order hotline by calling +49 (0)621 101011, or from the Rhein-Neckar-Ticket homepage. It is also possible to purchase advance tickets, from Ticket Online, CTS/eventim and Reservix for example.

Many organisers have their own ticketing systems or only sell the tickets themselves, or directly before the event at the venue. Please refer to the information in our event calendar. You will find additional information and details about advance booking offices on the Tourist Information Mannheim website.


All disabled-access toilets are spacious and are easily accessible. You will find the toilets at  Floor 0 and Floor 3.

Dogs (assistance dogs / therapy dogs)

Dogs are not allowed in the Rosengarten Mannheim, with the exception of guide dogs and therapy dogs which are permitted in all events. If you have a therapy dog, please bring written proof (medical report or similar) with you. This will make it easier for our service staff at the admission checks and avoid unnecessary delays.

Medical service

A medical service is available to you at our social and cultural events at the Rosengarten Mannheim. Simply ask our service staff at the venue or our gate personnel.

Accompaniment / Assistance

If you require support or special assistance, please contact our service department at least 3 days prior to the event. They will be happy to help you from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.
