CME / Access Control

The CME programme (Continuing Medical Education) allows chambers of physicians to confirm participation in certified further education courses. We offer you the following services: 

  • Access control system recording in real time who was present in which course for how long
  • Entry and exit are documented using mobile hand scanners
  • Name tag is equipped with an RFID chip or barcode
  • When a person enters, a check is made in the participant administration system via WLAN as to whether the participation fee has been paid
  • Access data are recorded in a data base
  • Following the event, participants may print their CME certificate at the self-service terminal
  • Electronic transmission to the individual state chamber of physicians

This platform which was developed especially for m:con offers many advantages: 

  • Lectures, presentations, and symposia may be made available to an additional market segment via live stream or on demand against a fee
  • m:con_vidoc presents the lecture or discussion as a video with simultaneous display of the presentation as slides
  • Using keywords, parts of the lecture which might be of interest for the viewer may be retrieved

Media Management

Central media management has been standard with our congresses for many years. Handling has greatly further developed of course: 

  • Data base supported media administration
  • Automatic distribution of presentations
  • Password protection for lectures
  • State-of-the-art technical network equipment
  • Web upload portal
  • Personal contact to the event's IT manager

Your lecturers may discuss the presentation options on site with our expert already in advance. Thus we are able to ensure that the course of the event in the hall as well as the entire time schedule are not disturbed by media-related hurdles. 

Navigation System at CC Rosengarten

THE NAVIGATION SYSTEM AT CC ROSENGARTEN

The navigation system at the CC Rosengarten offers you many design options starting with general event signage through to individually designed room signs. Via our system, your congress programme may be displayed in the different rooms directly and in a session-controlled way.
The navigation system consists of 39 displays which may be individuelly controlled via a PC and are administered via a central server. The system comprises displays on the info wall, orientation displays, and door displays.

Basic Display

In Basic Display mode, one or several standard slides are transmitted to the various displays. Here you can display a "Welcome slide" or a general congress slide.
For this purpose we need you to submit us Powerpoint slides in three different formats (see display templates for the 3 different slides).

Individual Display

In Individual Display  mode, you have the additional possibility of displaying the congress programme or further information on a standard slide in one of the mentioned formats.
For this purpose, we need either a programme list (see programme list templates) or PPT slides designed individually for the relevant rooms.
Please note when creating the programme file:
The programme list must be in table form structured in a similar way as the sample Excel list. The time may be given in 15-minutes intervals only (example: 12:45 hours instead of 12:40 hours). In addition, we need the lead time in minutes, if applicable (how long before the start time should the information be displayed).

Please note when creating the PPT slides:
Depending on the room / orientation display, the corresponding PPT slide templates must be used and the pixel ratio of the displays must be taken into account, respectively.

Workshop rooms 2.3 through 2.10 as well as 3.8 and 3.9:

1024*768 pixels 

Main entrance / info wall:

1920*1080 pixels 

All other displays:

1366*1024 pixels 

Please use the given formats only (see templates) since they were created in the correct width-to-height ratios. Otherwise the displays will show undesired black bars, or the file will be displayed in a distorted manner.
Please submit one separate file for each session block. Please do not combine separate sessions / lectures in one file.

Note: Other possibly required adjustments are subject to a fee which will be calculated by effort taken.

Numbering of the Seats Made Easy

"Make it easy for your guests to find the way and their seats" - with the award-winning itech system. 

Lighting of the itech display may be dimmed. Seat numbers are easily noticeable due to the adjusted lighting, at the same time the light is not felt as being disturbing. In emergency cases, the emergency escape route is shown on the display. In addition, itech allows numbering of the seats and rows within seconds, automatic control ensures correct numbering and number of seats. Nuritech is equipped with electronic row end displays; they can be removed and are secured against theft.
