Everything is taken care of, we make available the conference room including beamer and sound technique. We also provide for the physical well-being of the participants - together with our partner Dorint Congress Hotel Mannheim.
The all-inclusive package comprises:
- Provision of a conference room depending on the number of participants
- Modern technical conference equipment including beamer, screen, and sound system
- Coffee break in the morning with coffee, tea, and various snacks
- Lunch as a seasonal business lunch buffet
- Coffee break in the afternoon with coffee, tea, and cake
- 2 different non-alcoholic beverages
On request, m:con can also provide complete service including planning, execution, and follow-up of conferences and events.
