Whether as participant in a congress or as an attendee of a concert, music show or play - who ever visited the Rosengarten, appreciates not only the unique ambiance and extraordinary spatial acoustics but also the central location in the city of Mannheim. With ideal parking, immediate vicinity of major hotels, and the "Planken", Mannheim's diverse shopping mile, in close reach, Rosengarten Mannheim is one of the most attractive locations for events of any size.
Admission and Beginning of the Concert
In case of cultural events, we open up the Rosengarten Mannheim one hour before the beginning of the event. Admission into the event hall is granted a half hour prior to the beginning.
Barrier-free Access
For people with restricted mobility, barrier-free access is available at the doorman's office. Please note that we can offer you special seats near the hallway in order to facilitate your access. Please request such seats already when purchasing the tickets so that you can fully enjoy your concert.

Catering
Before the concert and during the breaks you can purchase snacks and beverages in the foyers of Rosengarten Mannheim. You may also order ahead, thus saving you the time for waiting. Phone orders may be placed at the banquet service of the Dorint Congress Hotel Mannheim under the following phone number:

Also enjoy the exclusive break catering of the Dorint Congress Hotel in the pleasant ambiance of the Rosengarten Lounge on level 2.
Please understand that - for hygiene reasons - you may not take food and beverages with you into the concert hall.
Child Seats
For events for children at the Rosengarten Mannheim, we provide special seat cushions for your little ones. They are available free of charge at the hall entry and at the cloakrooms.
Cloakroom
You can leave your coat or jacket on Level 0 / Cloakroom level against a fee of 1 Euro. Please make sure that you have enough time to leave your coat.
Parking and Fees
Sufficient parking space is available in the car park Rosengarten on Decks A and B, on the park deck under the Dorint Congress Hotel Mannheim, as well as in the car park "Wasserturm" with direct access to the Rosengarten. If you come to our concerts, you can park in the above mentioned car parks starting two hours before the beginning of the event and until 12 p.m. at the latest for a fee of 4 Euro. Please note that parking tickets for the "Wasserturm" car park may be paid there only.
