m:con and the Congress Center Rosengarten Mannheim

By Car

From the motorway A5, driving in from Frankfurt or Karlsruhe, you can reach Rosengarten Mannheim as follows:

At the motorway junction Heidelberg, take the exit in direction toward Mannheim and follow motorway 656. After arriving at Mannheim you pass the Planetarium. At the end of "Augustaanlage", you reach "Friedrichsplatz" with Mannheim's landmark - the "Wasserturm" (water tower). There, the m:con Congress Center Rosengarten is situated. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the Rosengarten, in the car park "CC Rosengarten" below the water tower. From there, you can directly access Rosengarten Mannheim.

From the motorway A6, driving in from Stuttgart or Saarbrucken, you can reach Rosengarten Mannheim as follows:

At the motorway junction Heidelberg, take the exit in direction toward Mannheim and follow motorway 656. After arriving at Mannheim you pass the Planetarium. Important note

Due to its central location within the inner city, the m:con Congress Center Rosengarten has been situated within Mannheim's low-emission zone since 1 March 2008. Thus, driving to the Rosengarten is only allowed, if your car has a low-emission sticker. Low-emission stickers are available at the car registration office, with TÜV, DEKRA, and in certified car repair shops. Learn more.

Deutsche Bahn

VRN - Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Neckar

Mannheim is an important traffic node in the train network of the Deutsche Bahn. Mannheim provides direct ICE connections to Basle, Berlin, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt am Main, Frankfurt Airport, Freiburg, Hamburg, Cologne, Munich, Paris, Stuttgart, and to many other cities.

From the train station, you can walk to the Rosengarten within 5 minutes (toward the city centre). 

The following suburban train lines (S-Bahn) lead to the Rosengarten:

  • Line 3, direction "Sandhofen", stop "Wasserturm"
  • Line 4, direction "Käfertal/Heddesheim", stop "Wasserturm"
  • Line 5, OEG direction "Viernheim-Weinheim", stop "Rosengarten"

The following bus lines lead to the Rosengarten:

  • Line 60, direction "Mannheim, Lanzvilla", stop "Wasserturm"
  • Line 63, direction "Lindenhof, Pfalzplatz", stop "Wasserturm"
  • Line 64, direction "Käfertal, OEG station", stop "Wasserturm"

By Plane

National

The regional airport City Airport Mannheim is situated in Mannheim-Neuostheim; from there, Rosengarten Mannheim can be reached by car in a few minutes. Here, Cirrus Airlines offers direct flights to Berlin and Hamburg. From the City Airport Mannheim, Rosengarten can be reached best by taxi.

International

From Frankfurt Airport, there is a Lufthansa bus to Lufthansa Terminal Mannheim, being situated in the immediate vicinity of the Rosengarten, at "Rosengartenplatz" (directly in front of the Dorint Congress Hotel Mannheim), every hour. Alternatively, you can take the ICE from Frankfurt Airport directly to Mannheim central station (about 30 minutes).
